NRN looks back at versions of America’s favorite entrée that were introduced in 2018
Hamburgers hold a special place on American menus and are by far the most frequently ordered item in the country. But chefs and operators continue to try new versions of this national treasure to broaden its appeal, to attract a niche audience, or just to stay top-of-mind with their customers.
Take a look at the burgers that were rolled out over the course of the year.
Falafel Burger: Falafel, hummus, pickles, cheddar cheese grilled onions and tomatoes on a bun, served with feta fries (fries with crumbled feta, sea salt and Greek vinaigrette), $8.
